We are thrilled to present a new and exciting opportunity with a distinguished leader in the Health and Social Care Market. Our client has been a prominent figure in the Domiciliary Market for over a decade, recently solidifying their position as a market leader after acquiring several companies across the North of the UK in 2023. As a result, they are seeking a skilled Registered Manager to join their dynamic team in Halifax.

This role lets you take charge of a thriving branch with a full staff team in place. Long-term, it propels you into senior management and lets you mentor and expand the office crew!

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will:

• Oversee 1500+ hours of care weekly, ensuring top-tier service standards.
• Directly manage a team, including Care Coordinators + Assessment and Review Officers.
• Foster relationships with health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, and customers, identifying new business opportunities.
• Uphold CQC regulations and company policies consistently.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience as a Registered Manager in Homecare/Domiciliary Care.
• Experience overseeing 1000+ hours of care weekly.
• RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication, and care delivery skills.
• A UK driving licence.
