As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join a warm, ambitious team and take ownership of a portfolio of valued B2B clients.
This isn’t a cold-calling role. You’ll be working with existing clients — nurturing those relationships, resolving issues before they become problems, and identifying opportunities to add real value through upselling products and services that genuinely make a difference to their business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the go-to contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, building trust and long-term loyalty
- Managing client relationships primarily via phone and email, handling queries and resolving issues with pace and professionalism
- Identifying and converting upsell opportunities — recommending solutions that genuinely benefit the client
- Managing complaints with care and turning difficult situations into positive experiences
- Collaborating with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and the client experience consistently excellent
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year in a client-facing sales, account management, or relationship management role
- A track record of managing business accounts and delivering upsell results
- Clear, confident communication — both on the phone and in writing
- A positive, proactive approach and someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team
