Business Development Executive 
£20000 – £25000 + Commission

We are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in the Northeast. As part of their growth plans for 2022, our client is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Business Development Executive to join their Business Development team. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the most exciting Digital Marketing Agencies to come out of Newcastle.

Working closely with the Business Development team, you will be responsible for:

• Generating new business leads
• Building your own sales pipeline
• Researching new markets and sector opportunities
• Building target lists of potential clients
• Approaching potential clients through email, telephone and LinkedIn
• Qualifying leads for the Business Development Manager and Business Development Director
• Working towards targets set each month
• Taking briefs from potential clients
• Researching and identifying new business development opportunities

About you
• Lead generation experience (or be willing to learn what it takes to be successful)
• Strong telephone manner
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to think outside the box
• Comfortable working to deadlines and targets
• Must be confident and have an approachable personality
