<p><b>About the Role</b></p>
<p>This is a senior, hands-on position where you’ll have full technical ownership of paid media performance across Google Ads and beyond. You won’t just be executing — you’ll be influencing strategy, driving commercial outcomes, and working cross-functionally with SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Creative teams to get the best possible results</p>
<p><b>About You</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Extensive hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social in commercially driven, lead-generation or comparison environments</li>
<li>A proven track record of owning end-to-end paid media performance — from strategic planning and budget allocation through to optimisation, scaling, and reporting</li>
<li>Strong technical expertise across Google Ads, with solid working knowledge of key Paid Social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok</li>
<li>Experience managing and optimising large multi-channel budgets while balancing commercial risk, efficiency targets, and growth objectives</li>
<li>A highly data-driven approach to testing — structured methodologies across bidding, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and funnel optimisation</li>
<li>Advanced diagnostic capability to identify and resolve performance challenges such as intent drift, rising auction pressure, creative fatigue, and attribution gaps</li>
<li>Strong understanding of full-funnel performance strategy, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and cross-channel contribution analysis</li>
<li>Confident translating complex performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders</li>
<li>Comfortable operating in fast-growth environments where agility, commercial awareness, and genuine ownership are critical</li>
</ul>

<li>Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications</li>
<li>Experience with automation, scripts, feed optimisation tools, or AI-driven bidding and creative testing solutions</li>
<li>Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, GTM, attribution tools, or landing page optimisation platforms such as Unbounce</li>

As the business continues to invest in enhancing its digital experience, our client is looking to appoint a UX Designer to strengthen their user-centred design capability and help shape intuitive, high-performing customer journeys.</p>

You’ll be joining a supportive design environment that values evidence-led decision-making, thoughtful collaboration, and a healthy work–life balance.</p>
<p>This role is ideally suited to an experienced UX professional who enjoys owning the full design process. You will take responsibility for end-to-end UX delivery, including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration, helping to continuously improve the user experience across the platform.</p>
<p>Please note that this is a hands-on individual contributor role, focused purely on UX delivery, with no line management responsibilities.</p>
<p>About You:</p>

<li>Solid, demonstrable experience working as a UX Designer beyond entry level</li>
<li>Proven ability to own UX decisions end to end and clearly explain reasoning to stakeholders</li>
